These Terms govern your access to and use of FETTER. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FETTER.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you are under the legal age of consent where you live, use FETTER only with parent or guardian authorization.

3. What FETTER provides

FETTER provides digital wellbeing features such as focus sessions, app and website restrictions, session analytics, and optional paid features. We may add, remove, or modify features over time.

4. Your account and security

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use FETTER for unlawful activities, abuse, or attempts to compromise service integrity, security, or availability.

6. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

FETTER offers free features and optional paid subscriptions (for example, Pro). Billing is handled through app stores or configured payment providers. Trial availability, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the platform/provider terms where your purchase was made.

7. Service changes and availability

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

8. Health and safety disclaimer

FETTER is not medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment and does not provide clinical advice.

9. Warranties disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FETTER is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unfetter Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of FETTER.

11. Termination

You may stop using FETTER at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect service security and integrity.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction, disputes will be subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
